New patients are being accepted. New patients may self schedule online, call for an appointment or "walk-in". Please call before a "walk-in", the office may be briefly closed for a house call or other services outside the office.

Standard office charges are $3/minute**. Example visit: 20 mins = $60. Additional charges will apply for supplies or lab work.

You will receive a 5% discount for paying in cash at the time of service.
