For Medicare patients, we offer office visits and house calls rates determined by Medicare. Office visits are completed in the Doctor Kara PC office located at 880 East and 9400 South. House calls are completed in the patient's home or assisted living facility. We will bill Medicare on behalf of patients who have the traditional Medicare plan.

If you have HMO Medicare, please contact us and provide us with your Medicare HMO insurance plan information. HMO Medicare plans are handled on a case by case basis, as their rules vary by plan. If your HMO plan does not allow us to bill them, you may still receive services as a private pay patient under the standard rates. Current Medicare rates range from $40.62 to $269.33, depending on the amount of time spent in the office or home and the level of service provided.
